My Story, and Why This Work Matters
For years, I’ve sat across from clients—brilliant, resilient women of color—who’ve told me some version of the same story:

I know that story. I lived it too.
As a bicultural, trauma-informed psychologist, I created The Legacy Reset because I saw a gap in the personal growth world—where culturally responsive, embodied healing tools were missing.
